Many people come to us feeling overwhelmed. They've watched countless videos, tried different products, followed conflicting advice, or spent money on hair that didn't meet their expectations. This consultation helps you cut through the noise and understand what is most suitable for your unique hair, lifestyle, and goals. During your appointment, we will discuss your hair history, current concerns, daily routine, previous treatments, and desired outcome. We will assess your hair and scalp where appropriate and explore the options available to you. This consultation may be suitable if you: ✨ Want luxury extensions but are unsure which texture, length, or installation method is right for you ✨ Are considering a wig, topper, or custom hair system ✨ Have concerns about hair thinning, shedding, traction alopecia, or hair loss ✨ Need guidance on caring for your natural afro, curly, coily, or textured hair ✨ Want advice on locs, protective styling, or maintenance ✨ Feel confused by conflicting information and want professional guidance Following your consultation, you will receive personalised recommendations tailored to your needs. This may include suggested services, products, maintenance routines, extension options, wig recommendations, or next steps for your hair journey. Consultation Fee £40 | 30 Minutes The consultation fee is redeemable against qualifying services, wigs, hair systems, or extension purchases of £150 or more booked within 30 days of your consultation. If you decide not to proceed with a service or purchase, your consultation fee remains valid as payment for the professional advice, assessment, recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
📌 Afro Mystique UK Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Afro Mystique UK. Please read and agree to the following before booking your appointment. 💳 Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This amount goes toward your final balance. Deposits are non-transferable unless a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given to reschedule. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or credited. ⏱️ Timing & Appointments Please arrive on time. A 30-minute grace period is allowed — after this, your appointment may be cancelled or adjusted. Appointments are timed carefully based on the service booked. If your hair requires additional time (e.g. thick/matted hair, extra detangling), extra charges may apply. New clients should allow extra time for full consultations and breaks. Most premium packages are 4.5 to 6 hours depending on service. 💵 Pricing All prices listed are starting prices and may increase based on: Hair length/thickness Amount of product used Time required to complete the service Final price will be confirmed during your consultation or at the start of your service. 💇🏽♀️ Service Conditions Please arrive with your hair detangled and free of buildup unless you've booked a take-down service. For weave or braid take-downs, inform us how long the style has been in so proper timing can be allocated. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. 📸 Photos & Content Photos or videos may be taken during/after your session for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, just let me know beforehand. ❤️ Respecting Time & Energy My goal is to give each client my full attention and care. Please respect my time as I do yours by honoring these policies and communicating in advance where needed. By booking, you agree to these terms. For this service: A higher deposit or full pre-payment may be required (this will be communicated upon booking). Rescheduling requires a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to avoid loss of deposit. Due to the custom nature of these services, refunds are not offered once services have commenced or for custom-ordered hair systems.
